Product Description
Our NOXTITE acrylic elastomer, with its well-balanced heat and oil resistance, is used in various automotive seals, gaskets, and hoses, contributing to enhanced reliability and safety. It also imparts elasticity and flexibility when used as a raw material for adhesives, and is widely utilized in a variety of industrial materials.

Characteristics
Our NOXTITE acrylic elastomer offers excellent heat and weather resistance due to the saturated bonds in its main chain. Additionally, the ester bonds in its side chains provide outstanding oil resistance. In particular, the high-temperature acrylic elastomer (HT-ACM) grade exhibits minimal degradation over extended periods, even in high-temperature environments.

Evaluation Test Results
Heat Resistance Test of HT-ACM for Hoses (Test Method: JIS K 6257)
PA-526, a representative HT-ACM grade for hoses, exhibits a lower rate of change in elongation compared to our conventional grades, even after 1,000 hours of heat aging at 175°C.
Compression Set Test of HT-ACM for Seals and Gaskets (Test Method: JIS K 6262)
PA-522HF, a representative HT-ACM grade for seals and gaskets, exhibits a low compression set even after 1,000 hours at 150°C, maintaining its sealing properties over a long period in high-temperature environments.
Cold Resistance Test of LT-ACM for Seals (Test Method: TR10, JIS K 6261)
PA-44201, PA-42400, and PA-44300, our representative LT-ACM grades for seals, offer an excellent balance of cold and oil resistance.
* TR: Temperature Retraction (TR) test
A rubber test piece is stretched and frozen. Its elastic recovery (i.e., permanent set at low temperatures) is then measured as the temperature increases.
